भाजणी थालिपीठ- Bhajani Thalipeeth

Ingredients
1 cup bhajani flour (mix flour made from, gram, udad dal)
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder
1 cup boiled water
salt to taste
Oil as required

Method
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add 1 tsp of oil, now add boiled water. Should be just as enough to make the flour mixture moist. After the mixture is cooled add cold water to make dough. Apply oil to your palm and on a plastic sheet. Now take small portion (size of lemon) and make round pancakes by hand. Do not use  rolling pin.
Take tava and apply oil. Put the pancakes and cook them on both sides till golden brown. Serve with yogurt or chutney of your choice.
