Sabudana Thalipeeth_ Crispy tapioca pancakes.

Thalipeeth is a dish loved by all . Try it, very simple to make and tasty to eat.

Ingredients:

1 cup soaked tapioca
2 medium boiled potatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 cup groundnut powder
Ghee as required
Salt to taste



Method:

Mash the potatoes. Take a bowl and add soaked tapioca, mashed potatoes,salt, cumin seeds, groundnut powder, chill powder. Mix well to make dough. (Do not add water). Make medium sized balls.


On a plastic sheet put little water to make it moist. This will prevent the pancakes from sticking to the sheet. Now make small pancakes spreading the dough with your hand. Apply water on your fingers so that they won't stick and can be removed easily.

Now grease pan with little ghee. Put the pancake and cook till golden and crispy on either sides applying ghee wherever necessary.

Your thalipeeth is ready. Serve with a dollop of curd. Enjoy.
