बीटाची कोशिंबिर - Spicy Beetroot Salad

Ingredients: (Serves- 2)


4 medium beetroot boiled
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 medium chillies (as per taste)
Salt to taste

To Garnish- chopped coriander

Method:

Chop the beetroot in to small cubes. Add salt to taste. In a small wok/kadhai heat the butter, add cumin seeds and chopped chillies. Saute for about a min. (This method is also called as Tempering/जिर्याची फोडणी /Tadka).

Add this tempering to the chopped beetroot and mix thoroughly. Garnish with chopped coriander and its ready to eat.
