Ingredients
- 2 cups of soaked sabudana/sago seeds
- 1/2 cup groundnut powder
- 2 chopped chillies/ 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 large boiled potato mashed
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- water as required
- Oil for frying
Method
- In a bowl add all the above ingredients and make dough like mixture by adding just a little water. The consistency should be such that it should be dry & you should be able to make paties.
- ( Do not add more water as the mixture will become soggy, remember the soaked 'sabudana' also has water content)
- Make small patties and deep fry in oil.
- Sabudana wada is ready. Serve hot with any yogurt/ groundnut chutney. Enjoy!
