Rajgira ani batatyache thalipeeth. Crispy Amaranth and Potato pancakes!





Recipe
(makes around 10-12 pancakes)

Ingredients
Amaranth flour (Rajgira flour) 200 gms
sabudana ( sago seeds) soaked overnight 1 cup
potatoes boiled and mashed 4 nos
roasted peanuts grounded
cumin seeds 1tsp
salt to taste
chopped green chillies 4-5


Method
Mix all the ingredients well to make a fine dough
now make small portions of the dough the size of a tennis ball. .approx
take the portion on a plastic sheet and with the help of your hand spread the dough into the size of a pancake.
Remove the pancake delicately and place it on the tava. Grease it with desi ghee or clarified butter.
Roast it from either sides till it turns golden brown.
its ready!
Serve it with dahi and lime pickle.njoyy!!
