Ingredients: Serves- 2 to 3
Bunch of corriander leaves..finely chopped
1/4 cup of besan. approx
1 tsp haldi powder
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp dhana jeera powder.
Method:
Mix everything into a dough (like roti dough)
Roll it into elongated dough and steam it in a steamer for 20 min.
Once steamed the dough gets firm and expands in volume.
Set the dough aside and let it cool. After it cools, cut into slices and shallow fry it.
Garnish with some chopped coriander and sesame seeds on top.
It's ready..yum yum
