buttermilk and shrikhand enjoyed especially on a hot summer’s day when
on a fast. This soothing drink keeps you full for quite some time. Today
I am sharing a quick and easy way in which you can make this sumptuous
drink in minutes. Best option to serve your guest in summer time.
Ingredients: (Serves 4)

2 cups Readymade Shrikhand (Kesar-flavoured)
3 cups Buttermilk
2 tbsp Sugar or as per requirement
1 tbsp Cardamom powder (velchi)
1 tbsp Nutmeg powder (Jaifal)
Method:
In a blender put all the ingredients and blend to smooth consistency. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Serve Chilled.
