Makayache Wade- (Corn Fritters)

Khamang, Khushkushit ani Paushitk.. Saglyana awadnarey ! Hya pausalyat nakki karun paha ani amhala jaroor sanga.

Ingredients:


2 cup crushed corn
1 boiled potato medium sized
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 tsp dhana jeera powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
chopped coriander
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method: 


Mix all the ingredients and make small patties. Shallow fry till golden brown in colour. Serve with tomato ketchup/green chutney.
