Sabudana Wada

Upas Special. Crispy tapioca fritters.

Ingredients: (Makes approx. 8_10 patties)

2 cups of sabudana/tapioca (soaked)
1 cup potatoes cooked
3-4 green chillies chopped
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup groundnut powder
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
Oil for frying

Method: 


Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly with a little water (similar to kneading dough). Keep aside the mixture for about 5 mins. Make small patties and deep fry in oil till crispy golden brown in colour.

Serve hot with fresh groundnut / coconut chutney.
