KelyachaPuran /Banana coconut halwa (with vanilla ice cream)

Traditional Recipie with a Twist!which is very quick and easy to prepare.served here with Ice cream 

Beat the heat in style!! Njoyy..recipe


Ingredients: 

2-3 ripened bananas
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup milk
2 cloves
1tsp custard powder
2 cardamon pods
1tbspoon pure ghee
1\2cup sugar


Method:


Heat the pan and add ghee. Add crushed elaichi pods and cloves.mash up the bananas and add to the ghee .mix well .add grated coconut and sugsugar.stir the mixture well until sugar melts well . 

Then in a cup or bowl take a tsp of custard powder and add milk .mix it well to dissolve any lumps.
add the mixture to the pan and keep stiring to get a thick consistency .
 

The halwa is ready!
 

Garnish with nuts and let it rest for 15 min.
 

Once cooled can be served with ice cream or just as halwa!
