मुगाची भजी - Moong Fritters

Ingredients

2 cups of moong dal soaked 5 hrs minimum.
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
black peppercorns whole/ crushed
oil for frying
salt to taste

Method
Grind the moong dal in a mixer to form a thick paste add just a little water. Consistency should be thick to make small lemon sized round shapes. Add all the above spices and salt. Add 1 tbsp oil to this paste and mix well.

Deep fry golden brown. Serve hot with chilli garlic chutney or any of your choice. Enjoy.
