These soft pancakes are made from fresh fenugreek leaves with a hint of garlic and cumin seeds. Enjoy this instant snack with yogurt and chutney. Recipe below.
Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp of each turmeric powder, chilli powder
Oil for greasing
Water as required
Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl add all the ingredients. Add water to make a batter of medium consistency. Do not add too much of water. Leave aside for about 5 mins. Take pan, grease with little oil and pour batter with a ladel to make medium sized pancakes. Cook till both sides become golden brown.
Serve hot with yogurt and garlic chutney or any dip of your choice. Soft and luscious pancakes are ready to eat. Enjoy!!
